We had a scary night the other night... about 11:30 pm tuesday night I woke up with the worst back pain ever then it spread to the top of my belly... doubled over crying freaking out pain. We called my doctor and he said get to the hospital asap!! Donny made it there in 50 minutes... that's fast!!
I was having contractions every minute and a half to 2 minutes. I was given a shot of medicine to stop the contractions after 2 hours that didn't work so I was given a pill. The pill seemed to work. I also got 2 steroid shots to help develope his lungs. I had to stay till Thursday at 2 pm but I was finally released to go home!! The doctor is hoping to get me 3 more weeks!! Fingers crossed and lots of prayers I make it that far!! I'm 35 weeks today which is where I delivered the boys so to make it to 38 weeks would be great!!
I'm so thankful to God that the contractions stopped and we have a little more time.
I'm so thankful to my doctor who took great care of me and also all the nurses at the hospital they were all so kind and sweet!!
If me in the hospital wasn't enough Connor got an ear infection. Donny took him to the pediatrician and he got and antibiotic and a sucker and a sticker.. he came to visit me but I think he was a little freaked out by mommy on the hospital bed and the loud monitors.
And I have to say how lucky we are that we have 3 grandparents within 3 blocks !! The last few days would have been horrible without donnys parents and my mom!! I won't ever be able to thank them enough for taking care of the boys!!
