I'm writing this after spending a whole day with you guys... mama took a vacation day today because we didn't have a babysitter for you guys. Daddy has been watching you guys alot this year but he went back to work this week. Not many dad's are stay at home dad's, and we didn't plan for your daddy to be one eather but things happened and he got to stay at home and take care of you guys for 7 months!! You guys hit the jackpot with your daddy... he loves you guys so much!! He got you guys on a schedule, he changed alot and I mean alot of poopy diapers!! He fed you guys 6-7 meals a day, he played with you guys, he sang to you guys and he read you 9473 books... basically the best daddy ever!! From 7 months to 13 months old you guys got to spend every day with daddy and you guys loved it... and you love him!! You both said Dada no less than 100 times today but I stuck to daddy's schedule and we had a great day!!! Dad's just going to work f riday thru monday so you will still get lots of daddy time in the week and monday and friday you will get to go to granny jodys!!! And mama gets you on the weekend!! The saying it takes a village is no joke!! Good thing our village lives within 3 city blocks...

Connor is really taking off walking so good!! I havnt gotten it on video yet but I will soon!!
Charlie you eat bugs!! You love to race to the front door and see if a random rolliepollie is there and you grab it up so quick and eat it!!! Its grose dude!!

Saturday we went to the peddlers show in Amarillo and you got to have a playdate with your new little friend ryan. She is super sweet and i think you 3 will be best friends. We then went to hobby lobby and you guys did great!! I think you love to look at everything!

Sunday was super lazy and we all had a 2.5 hour nap!!! It was nice. Grammy came over for burgers for lunch and play!! Then the sheriff showed up... long story short the neighbors kids were playing with an old cell phone and called 911, and were screaming in the background  .. it pinged to our house... but you 2 were sleeping on nap #2 of the day, I showed him the monitor and we were good! Ha crazy!!

Connor is pointing to everything he wants... one morning in the crib he was pointing down the hall... so I got him up out of the crib then he pointed to the changing table. Or if he's tired he points down the hall towards their bedroom. Also BIG news... Connor took some pretty major steps by himself today!!! Grammy and Nita were here to see it too!!

Charlie you have been super smiley and happy!! Charlie has been crawling in the car walker and just sitting in it like it's a recliner ha!!

 After Nita left one night daddy folded up her chair and you would have thought you guys were in heaven... you played with this chair for a solid 30 minutes!!!!

 You guys LOVE books these days!!! You will crawl over with a book and hand it to daddy or I and we read it and you guys are so Good to sit and listen...

 You also love music... and loved the music on Charlotte web, frozen and a couple others.

Charlie you have a new freckle on your thigh... Connor you have 2 new teeth in the bottom and Charlie you have 1 new tooth on the bottom... and you both learned to climb on the couch by your selves... at one point Connor crawled over and gave daddy a kiss, it was the sweetest thing ever... and maybe made daddy tear up...

We went to the zoo, you guys went swimming and you had lots of fun!! 

You both have the bluest eyes!! I could stare into them all day!!!

You guys love the movie the croods... alot!!!

 This big ol lion was rawring so loudly!!! It was fun to hear!!

 We sat you both on the ground by the pool and you both dove in!! You both love the water!!

 Every morning Charlie has 1 arm out of his sleep sack... It's so cute!!

 I looked up and you were both in this tiny basket!!!

You guys love kaylee!! And K aylee loves you, she asked if you could get out of the stroller and crawl around and I told her no you guys would go crazy and break stuff... well a couple minutes later she asked  "can the boys promise?" I was promise what?? And she replied "promise if they get out of the stroller they won't go crazy" oh sweet K aylee you are so cute!!

 Here you both are playing on the couch... daddy sent this to me while I was working... not nerve wracking at all... would it be weird to totally get rid of our couch??
