Things I have learned about babies...

So almost 8 months being around these 2 boys and I have learned ALOT about babies... weird stuff... babies are grose and weird!! Oh and cute and funny and adorable!!

Let's just dive right in!! Poop... I never knew how much I would worry about 2 other human beings poops... when did they last poop?? Was it hard or soft??? Was it green?? Did it get on my hand?? Omg!! Ehhhh not really just wash with antibacterial soap and were good... ha!!

Boogers... babies can't blow their noses... who knew!?! And babies have lots of boogies... so to get them out you have to use a form of suction... we use the Frieda and it works great!!
Also baby boogies aren't grose... if donny wiped a booger on me I would die... connor or charlie wipe one on my cheek... no biggie it's just a baby boogie!! Ha!!

Babies nails grow FAST!! like we have to trim 40 nails once a week!!! That's a huge responsibility!! Cause if we're slacking you know it... cause charlie has a huge scratch on his forehead from his long, sharp nail!! Oh yeah baby nails are SHARP!!! And baby fingers are Strong!!! Like babies have this super baby strength!! And they always manage to find the most sensitive spots to grab at... like the little baby hairs on my temples that are so sensitive or donny's beard... the boys grab on and yank!!! And don't let go!!

Babies eat alot!! Like way more than I thought they would... and they will tell you what they like by the expression on their face... connor hates peaches cause his face drew up in the funniest look as if he was saying that is the tartest thing in the world!!

Babies are little thiefs... connor will full on take Charlies toy... not because connor wanted to play with it but because he didn't want charlie to have it..

Babies will melt your heart... with a smile, with a look, with a giggle, with a sweet chubby baby hand on my cheek. I never knew how much I would fall in love day after day with these boys!! I never knew how much joy they would bring us.

I'm sure I will continue to learn about these little toots as the weeks progress and I just look forward to all the new things I learn about having 2 boys... will it be earth worms in their pockets?? Or matchbox cars under their pillows?? I don't know, but I can't wait to find out!!
