Week 32

Well boys it finally happened.... we all got sick.... I had been dreading this since the day the doctor in the nicu told me "do not let them get sick... premies do not do well with colds".. I have worried about this probally more than I should have... so your daddy got sick first, then mommy and Granny Jody and then you guys. We're all on the mend and feeling better. We SURVIVED!! We also had your first snow... we were all sick so we couldn't go play in it. But it was pretty and we watched thru the window.

 We worked on sitting up...

 And eating foods that we didn't really like...

 And sleeping with our butts in the air...

 We worked on walking in our walkers....

 And we gave momma lots of smiles!!!

 Played with our dump truck... and momma got the annoying song stuck in her head... "I'm a powerful dump truck... I roll from town to town.... "

 Played piano in our bouncer...

 And got lots of snuggles with daddy...

 We chewed on each other's hands cause that's what brother's do...

 We sat in our chairs...

 And played with our Christmas gifts...

 We rolled around...

Oh and charlie started doing the cutest thing where he puts his lips together and then makes a "pop" sound... it's pretty darn cute!!!

 And we took some naps!! Momma even squeezed in a nap or 2!!!

 We.. meaning charlie... worked on rolling over...so close!!!

 There's that dang dump truck again...

 Oh and we ate lots of food... and even played with the bowls...

 And the spoons...

 And connor had the cutest wedgie I ever did see!!!!

 Last week charlie grew a tooth on Janunary 4th...

 I found some pacis under the cribs... daddy said we won the lotto...

 Then on January 10th connor grew his first tooth...

As you can see were very busy around here...

Week 31

During week 31 of your lives we rang in the new year!! 2017!!! I have a hunch it's gonna be our best year yet !! 

I went to walmart saturday... by my self... and got everything we needed!! Then I went to get the car washed and this happened... I got stuck in the car wash!! I called the number and they made me back out ha!!

Connor got adventurous and went walking in his walker... maybe 4 inches haha

7 month pictures bloopers... but this picture semester you guys up... Charlie's so excited and Connors like whatever ha!!

New years morning Connor was up watching sleeping Beauty... and charlie was sleeping in late!!

Sweet potatoes and butternut squash is their favorite but they are kinda turning towards ompa loompas so I need to up the greens and back off the orange foods haha!!

Eating bananas in your mesh bags... (those things are so grose and hard to wash!!!!)

No socks for charlie.... I try nita!!!but they pull them off 

Charlie cut a tooth... you guys are eating ALOT... we had 1 million kisses and hugs and it was a great week!!! Today 1-6-2017 , is the first snow of the season and your lives!!! I think we will show it to you from inside thru the window!! 

7 Months!!

This is your 7 month old update post!! You are both happy babies who make us laugh every day!! You guys are FUNNY... and FUN!! I can tell you love each other already.. you both look for one another if I take the other to get a diaper change.. it's like "where's my brother?!?" You are interacting with each other much more now. When you lay on the play mat you guys take toys from each other and you constantly look over as if your thinking "what does he have?? Is it better than my toy?!" It's super cute!!
Your eating so good and you love pretty much every food we feed you... except peaches!!! Charlie your just like a little bird with your mouth open wanting another bite!! You even cry if we don't get the food to you quick enough... connor is a more layed back eater... he takes small bites slowly... you are both drinking 5 or 6, 6oz bottles a day and eating solid foods twice a day.
You guys are in separate cribs and it's working out great!!! You have more room and your not rolling over on each other.. Your both taking 2 good long naps a day. And going to bed at 6pm.. usually waking up at 9pm and 2am for a bottle... there is the occasional night that the angels sing and God blesses me with sleep and you sleep a 9 hour stretch and of course there are the "let's wake up 5 times during the night" nights. All in all your good sleepers and you both go to sleep EASY and for that I am super greatful!!
Connor you are rolling over all the time, you know how to roll from belly to back but you get lazy and cry for us to roll you over... but weirdly you sleep on your belly and love it!! It's kinda scary to go in and see you face down on the mattress... but that's how you sleep.. Face down in your hands and butt in the air!! You are almost able to sit up by yourself... you are really wobbly but you do really good if the boppy is around you or if we are helping you. You love the bouncer and the walker. You even took a couple steps the other day in your walker!! You are loving to giggle and laugh and scream!!! You are squishy and loveable and just the sweetest little boy!!
Charlie you are working on rolling over, infact this morning in your crib you were on your belly... so that's starting!! You love your exa-sauser you just sit there and play with your train and toys. You don't weigh as much as connor so you just now Bairly touch the ground in the bouncer but you seem to like it too!!! You had a hard time after your flu shot and just wasn't the same for a couple weeks, but your doing better and our smiley, lovie boy is back!! You seriously smile with your whole body!! You are just so happy it makes everyone around you happy!! Duck noises make you giggle!! You also love to "soak" after waking up...

Your daddy and I go to sleep pretty much every night talking about something cute you guys did, or how lucky we are to have you. We are just so happy and proud to be your mommy and daddy !! Time is flying by but we're enjoying every minute!!!
